空压机维修留意发动机是靠润滑油润化、降温的,因此润滑油系统软件直接影响发动机温度。而润滑油是靠风冷式(冷却水)降温的,因此风冷式(冷却水)系统软件又直接影响润滑油的温度。也有自动控制系统常见故障,排气压力超过设定值,制冷压缩机不减载,导致消防用空压机运行输出功率扩张,发动机温度升高。从以上三个方面对发动机温度弱的原因进行分析,见下边:
Pay attention to the maintenance of air compressors. The engine is lubricated and cooled by lubricating oil, so the lubricating oil system software directly affects the engine temperature. And lubricating oil is cooled by air-cooled (cooling water), so the air-cooled (cooling water) system software directly affects the temperature of the lubricating oil. There are also common faults in automatic control systems, such as exhaust pressure exceeding the set value and refrigeration compressor not reducing load, resulting in an expansion of the output power of the firefighting air compressor and an increase in engine temperature. Analyze the reasons for weak engine temperature from the above three aspects, as shown below:
1、润滑油系统错误处理
1. Handling errors in the lubricating oil system
1)润滑油油质变差
1) Deterioration of lubricating oil quality
为避免油质变差,生产车间结合企业管理部对润滑油成品油大半年检测一次,一旦发生碳化和结胶等不达标的情况,尽量拆卸润滑油。换机油前尽量拆卸油滤和油份过滤芯,并且用新润滑油清洗油路系统软件。接着再加上润滑油至合适剩余油。
To avoid deterioration of oil quality, the production workshop, in conjunction with the enterprise management department, conducts a semi annual inspection of lubricating oil products. In the event of substandard situations such as carbonization and gelation, the lubricating oil should be disassembled as much as possible. Before changing the oil, try to remove the oil filter and oil filter element as much as possible, and clean the oil system software with new lubricating oil. Then add lubricating oil to the appropriate remaining oil.
2)加上合适量的润滑油

制冷压缩机油气分离上边装有1个视油镜。制冷压缩机满载运行中从视油镜能查看到剩余油在体验的上下刻度线正中间就可以,倘若低于下刻度线,需再加上注润滑油至满载运行中能够观查到剩余油在视油镜的1/2~3/4最合适。
A sight glass is installed on the top of the oil and gas separation of the refrigeration compressor. During the full load operation of the refrigeration compressor, the remaining oil can be seen from the oil sight glass in the middle of the upper and lower scale lines. If it is lower than the lower scale line, it is necessary to add lubricating oil until the remaining oil can be observed at 1/2 to 3/4 of the oil sight glass during full load operation.
3)拆换机油过1滤器
3) Remove and replace the oil filter 1
检验人员应根据控制器控制面板上反映的数据信号,马上更换滤芯。拆下来油过1滤器,检查油过1滤器堵塞情况,轻则用压缩空气吹过来清除沉渣,堵塞比较严重就拆换机油过1滤器过滤芯,扩张发动机提供的油量。油过1滤器顶部装有压差传感器。当过滤芯前后左右的压力差超出设定的工作压力时,监管的控制面板上就会说明维护保养数据信号,提醒发电机组检验人员马上更换滤芯。油过1滤器的过滤芯应定期更换,以确保主油道顺畅。
The inspector should immediately replace the filter element based on the data signal reflected on the controller control panel. Remove the oil filter 1 and check for blockage. If the blockage is severe, use compressed air to blow it over to remove sediment. If the blockage is severe, remove and replace the oil filter element of the oil filter 1 to expand the amount of oil provided by the engine. The top of the oil filter 1 is equipped with a pressure difference sensor. When the pressure difference between the front and rear of the filter element exceeds the set working pressure, the supervisory control panel will display a maintenance data signal, reminding the generator set inspection personnel to replace the filter element immediately. The filter element of the oil filter 1 should be replaced regularly to ensure smooth operation of the main oil passage.
