永磁电机的结构与工作原理在结构方面:电机基于磁场作为媒介为机械能和电能转换的电磁装置。在运动机制中首先气隙磁场的电能量转换需要永久磁铁产生的气隙磁场,其次就是在集团内部进入电机绕组电流,但这需要两个特殊的绕组和相应的装置,并提供能量以维持电流的流动,总体电机由两部分组成,定子和转子。电机在运行时固定部分称为定子,定子主要由硅钢冲压、绕组的三相对称分布,固定核心底盘和阀盖零件,如转子永磁磁轭和轴。永磁磁轭,考虑磁轭是圆柱形的,在转轴上设置形成了永磁电机。
The structure and working principle of permanent magnet motor are as
follows: Based on the magnetic field as the medium, the motor is an
electromagnetic device for the conversion of mechanical energy and
electrical energy. In the motion mechanism, firstly, the electric energy
conversion of the air gap magnetic field needs the air gap magnetic
field generated by the permanent magnet, secondly, it needs to enter the
motor winding current in the group, but it needs two special windings
and corresponding devices, and provides energy to maintain the current
flow. The overall electric machine is composed of two parts, stator and
rotor. The fixed part of the motor is called the stator when it is
running. The stator is mainly made of silicon steel stamping,
three-phase symmetrical distribution of winding, and fixed with core
chassis and valve cover parts, such as rotor permanent magnet yoke and
shaft. The permanent magnet yoke, considering that the yoke is
cylindrical, is arranged on the shaft to form a permanent magnet motor.
在原理方面:定子和转子的磁场相互作用在平面内产生两种相互垂直作用的电磁力,从而实现了电机的运动,并且电磁推力是永磁阵列产生的磁场与线圈阵列中的电流相互作用的结果。当电磁转矩克服转子本身的惯性,以及永磁体的永磁电动机转子磁钢产生的阻尼转矩,电动机开始运动。
In principle, the interaction of the stator and rotor magnetic field
produces two kinds of electromagnetic forces which interact vertically
in the plane, thus realizing the movement of the motor, and the
electromagnetic thrust is the result of the interaction between the
magnetic field generated by the permanent magnet array and the current
in the coil array. When the electromagnetic torque overcomes the inertia
of the rotor itself and the damping torque produced by the permanent
magnet motor rotor magnet steel, the motor starts to move.
