电机使用环境应经常保持干燥，表面应保持清洁，进风口不应积灰尘、纤维等杂物。当电动机的热保护及短路保护连续发生动作时，应检查故障来自电动机还是超负荷，或是由于保护装置定置太低，故障清除后方可投入运行。电机轴承运行1500 ~2000h应补加润滑脂，轴承温度最高不超120℃，温度低于70℃时，补加润滑脂的间隔时间可适当延长。注油时使用注油枪，先将排油管上的油脂堵取下，加入新的油脂直到原有的油脂从排油孔排出，用抹布擦干净，注油完毕，将油堵拧紧。

Motors should be used in a dry environment, the surface should be kept clean, and the air intake should not accumulate dust, fibers and other debris. When the thermal protection and short circuit protection of the motor continue to operate, it should be checked whether the fault comes from the motor or overload, or because the setting of the protection device is too low, the fault can be removed before it can be put into operation. Grease should be added to motor bearings for 1500 to 2000 hours. The maximum temperature of bearings should not exceed 120 C. When the temperature is lower than 70 C, the interval time of grease addition can be prolonged appropriately. When injecting oil, use the oil gun, first plug the oil on the drain pipe, add new oil until the original oil is discharged from the drain hole, wipe it with a cloth, and tighten the oil plug after the oil injection.
